  Writing this review from my now repaired Droid Turbo

  Swapping in the new display assembly was easier than I thought, and now I have a fully functional Turbo again. Now that the parts have come down in price, I had no excuse to not pick up a new display and fix my old device. Couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction, almost as soon as I paid, the display got marked as shipped and arrived in just a couple of days. Isn't that how all transactions should go? Couldn't be happier. The display appears to be a brand new OEM part. All the manufacturer information on the inside of the display matched my broken one, so you won't have to worry about second-hand parts in this case.

  NO POWER BUTTON

  Not putting that power button on the assembly is just unacceptable since the power button is like impossible to switch over without breaking the frame around around it which is okay since I had no use for the old frame anyways. But it's still just kind of ridiculous. Luckily I work on devices for a living so I got the power button out and switched it over but god damn would it kill you to put the power button on it? Thanks anyways, I usually love giving five star reviews but I just could not with this product.

• Good Replacement

  The screen is an accurate replacement for my previous screen. It pops on somewhat easily by following instructions I found on YouTube. I'm not convinced it's the same resilience as the original factory gorilla glass...but that broke anyhow, hence the need for this replacement screen. You do need to remove the power button from your old screen and press it into this screen. The power button DOES NOT come with this screen.

• Exact fit but w/o adhesive!

  This products is more for experts who are decent with a heat gun and can pry this screen away from the frame w/o bending the frame. Fits great but it is too much work to separate the screen from the frame. If this is your first time fixing... get a new lcd/digitizer with the frame for the extra $10-$15. This will make sure you do not need a heat gun or need to order custom adhesive pads.
